Shipping Policy – Beachside Auto Parts

We offer local pickup, local delivery, and parcel "national shipping", or ship-to-address, for any of our products.

Processing & Handling

Orders for national ship-to-address by parcel, are processed within 1–2 business days.
Local pickup/delivery orders will process the same or next day (per the label displayed on the product), if before the cut off time. This ensures that your order is available for pickup or delivery, either same day or next day (as per the label on the product).
Ship to store orders (2-day or 3-day availability) will process the same day, if before the cut off time.
Orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods (National/Ship-To-Address)

Local Delivery & Pickup

Orders placed by 3 PM EST are eligible for same-day/next-day local delivery within our service area. Each product will indicate the SLA for the product.
Other products may show 2-Day or 3-Day Pickup or Local Delivery. These items will be ordered, and shipped to our store, for pickup or local delivery.
Delivery is free for orders over $50. Any orders under $50 will incur a $5 local delivery fee.
In-store pickup is available during business hours at our Holly Hill, FL location.

Shipping Cost (National/Ship-To-Address)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Certain oversized or heavy items may have additional freight charges.
Hazardous materials (such as chemicals) can only be shipped via ground.

Tracking Orders

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Please report any damaged or missing shipments within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work with the carrier to resolve claims and send replacements if applicable.
