The item must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Electrical parts, custom orders, and special order items are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or installed auto parts.
Fluids, oils, and chemicals.
Items without the original packaging or damaged items due to misuse.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of shipping errors or defective items.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item, in the original form of payment.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
